Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: England voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Pretty close game... Towards the end of the game, me and Britain consistently had miscommunications where we waited for each other to go into the Western Med, had I not finally decided to go there myself we may have blew the draw... Still, this game could have drawn a while ago when we got rid of Italy, I don't really know why it didn't.

Indeed, France I actually had in mind your fleet in west med (turkey in Pie, GoL, Tys, Ion) so I did not want to bouce you off. You had in mind a different stalemate line. That happens in gunboats.
