13 Jun 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: Greetings all from New York. Quebec - I am interested in working with you. We can set up a very easy DMZ in NYS and Massachusetts Bay (I will not dispute your ownership of Nova Scotia or Ontario). Heartland - May I have Ohio? If we can get a good agreement, we can help each other moving south and you can move your forces west too. Florida - If you get into any trouble down there, I hope I can support you. |
13 Jun 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: NY - I'm good with that. |
13 Jun 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: Heartland - May I have Tennisee, you can still get a 3 unit start without it. We could help eachother against Texas/ |
13 Jun 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: Florida, I'm ok for a NAP |

14 Jun 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: AT QUEBEC it seems that our communications are being monitored... how un-statesman-wise. I'd like to set a foundation for our relations: 1. level 1 DMZ the Arctic and Nunavut (entry with authorization and consent) 2. level 2 DMZ: NW terr. Baffin Bay. Beaufort S. and Greenland* can be accessed, but heightens alert on both sides. *Greenland: can you leave it demilitarized after you occupy it? 2. general good relations and agreement to not occupy empty territories between us (subject to change when third party becomes involved in said territories: it would become our mutual problem if that occurs.) At Quebec, are these terms agreeable? man... I need to get used to this public press thing... |
