Well, I was planning o to do it on the forum, but if you guys prefer it, it can be global.

And I will start the discussion about the rules. The current events in the Channel, a sinking and burning fleet and several fuzzy interpretation of what is allowed waht not are driving us to do so.

#1 War between Russia and Germany. First action expected Autumn 1904. What are the terms under which Germany will desistance from conquering Warsaw.

#2 War between Italy/Austria and Turkey. What are terms under which all three parties will agree to a ceasefire?

#3 Upcoming stress between France and England. How can further escalation and an enforcement of the DMZ EC be achieved?

The King of Britain wants to know if there's going to be a football (=soccer) tournament during the peace conference. If so, he demands that Germany will not be allowed to take part in any penalty shoot-out against England.

Why would we need to be at war to be at a peace conference? It seems counter-intuitive.
