If that's the consensus, we'll lose the anonymity, but I will start a new game and send out the password to you. What's the vote on whether we buy in as the same countries or let it be random again?
29 Sep 12 UTC	Spring, 1898: What happens if there is a build phase NMR in the build phase? Does he CD and will the phase be extended? I say if he CD's we draw and bag an extra (D). But I guess France's CD is to my advantage, being so close to him.
29 Sep 12 UTC	Spring, 1898: I'm happy for a draw or cancel, last time I played a Modern Diplomacy game with 2 day phases and every phase extended twice because of NMR's from countries in CD, so we ended up having one move per week; there were also the retreats and builds. So if this game is extended repeatedly I'm more than happy to start a new one. Even though England has a bad record, I'm happy to keep playing as England should there be another game.

29 Sep 12 UTC	Spring, 1898: I'm fine with that if England, Italy, and Germany want to eliminate France quickly and we all accept the plan, but given that we start with only 1 unit each that's a lot of bother for only 1 extra point. I'd say let's just restart, but I'm happy to go with the consensus.
