| 23 Dec 12 UTC | Spring, 1994: I would like to point out that Monaco is my natural SC expansion and it would be a very anti-French Italy that contests that on the board. So, Monaco is definitely not up for negotiation, I think. I'd like to propose that Germany support me to Belgium and he get Switzerland. You get Austria. I think Switzerland/Lyons/Mil should be stand off given its sensitivity to all of us. Bel-Hol as well given its vulnerability to Britain. |
