Autumn, 1940: Does anyone have an explanation? I'm not inclined to enter my build move until there's an explanation as to how long we'd have to play with a dormant Italy.

Autumn, 1940: GameMaster: Britain voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
