Autumn, 1901: In one of our parallel games they've already done the builds. Like a clockwork none of the powers interested in colonial builds managed to follow the colonial build rule. Therefore they won't be able to build colonially in 1902 either. The message is: don't be those guys, make sure you follow the colonial build rule. |
