The emperor of Austria expresses his wish to not get engaged into conflict with any nation in the first year. For that, He hopes for and DMZ in Ob der Enns. Moving into that territory will be understood as a aggressive move.

In specific, we hold the Bishopric of Trent, but have no designs on the Duchy of Styria. The County of Tyrol is necessary for the travel of good Christian pilgrims, whether or not it is actually an Ecclesiastical possession.

27 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1648: De positionibus nostrum III. It seems that the Bishopric of Wurzburg is a source of contentions. While the Church asserts prior claim to the land, perhaps a solution can be negotiated before more blood is spilled in the city of, um, Wurz.

We have determined that the Austrian Habsburgs are the rightful heirs of the Habsburg dominions, and will aid their struggle against the upstarts from Spain however we can. 2. The Bishop of Trent has announced that, to prevent bloodshed on his lands, he will yield to the authority of princes. Besides which, it's an isolated army that cannot be maintained anymore. 3. We ask for aid from our Austrian brothers against the Lutheran Wettins.
