Units are built/ destroyed at the end of the fall phase. A in order to successfully capture a Supply Centre, you need to have a unit there at the end of the fall phase. Also, Oli's units in Con and San appear to be in civil war with one another, as they have both move into each other. I think you meant to support hold?
