25 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (Ateraid): Hello jak
25 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (Chaqa): Hi
25 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (Chaqa): I joined because I really like Gobble
26 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (JacktheGiantSlayer): I hope really good players can come play this. It will be a good learning experience for me :)
26 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (Chaqa): I'll help you out, Jack. I'll get some guys in here who are top notch.
26 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: (Miklagard): Only problem with this map is how big it is. World Diplomacy IX is a lot easier to navigate.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Does anyone know why England starts off with so many supply centers?
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: I think it's just because it covers so much territory
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: True. At its peak, the British Empire was one of the largest the world has ever seen. Still, it's a little unfair. Unsurprisingly, England has the most solos so far.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: The challenge would be trying to keep all of them. I've played the British in Colonial before. Real tough job I must say.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Number of supply centres doesn't necessarily mean much though. Russia has 1 more centre in Classic, but it has 2 fronts to deal with.
And the sample size of games completed is too small to really make a deduction, anyway.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Imperial* actually
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Yeah, I've played as England once. It's very difficult. Too many micro battles going on, the key is deploying your builds smartly.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: True.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Europe is set up in a very similar way to classic. It's almost like playing two variants at once.
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Why is Austria so small actually, all european countries have extra-european territorities except for Austria
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Maybe the maker of this variant wanted it to be absurdly unbalanced? :p
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Look at Colombia. It has two supply centers...
27 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Just like in history, but maybe I'll have few colonies in the end (perhaps not) :)

Someone started one with 4 points to get in, I'll join if they start get enough people. Just thought if you didn't like your country you'd get better luck this time!
