Spring, 1902: man, i can't figure out how to open Turkey against Italy. this the third time and no matter what Turkey does, they are screwed. it needs the fleet to be in Smyrna for the first turn.

GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
