23 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 2002: GameMaster: NMR from Quebec. Send the country in CD.
23 Sep 14 UTC Autumn, 2002: GameMaster: Missing orders for Autumn, 2002 (Diplomacy) from a country with 2 or more SCs. Extending phase. The game will continue after this phase even if you do not find a replacement.
02 Oct 14 UTC Spring, 2005: GameMaster: Florida voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
24 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2017: tobi1 (Moderator): Extended the phase due to an emergency request by Florida. The player assured that orders will be submitted in the next 2 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
24 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2017: Guaroz (Gamedirector): The player forgot Rule 13.2, he can't ask for extensions to Mods and unfortunately the new Mod didn't read the discussion on the modforum about this.
Processing as scheduled in 1 minute.
24 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2017: Guaroz (Gamedirector): Also, both the player and the new Mod didn't notice this game has a Director, apparently :)
They didn't even try to contact me and I was online!
24 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2017: tobi1 (Moderator): Sorry for the interference. My decision to extend the phase was based on an emergency case and I assumed that it would be a benefit for every player in this game that an unnecessary NMR can be avoided by just extending the phase for 1 or 2 hours.
The deadline was just 30 minutes away and I did not realized that Guaroz was online and so decided to take action myself. Unfortunately I did make some mistakes in communication, so Guaroz didn't have the chance to at least judge the situation from my point of view and the only reasonable action from his position was to revert my actions.
So all in all, there is no inconvenience left apart from my messages, but I'm sorry that I wasn't able to avoid this easily avoidable NMR and hope that it did not falsify the game too much.
25 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 2017: Guaroz (Gamedirector): Thanks tobi1, it was an hard decision to make and I'm sure you did your best with the information available to you. No need to be sorry.

Just to clarify everybody, from the Tournament's point of view avoiding the NMR would have been the inconvenience. This might look weird, but rule 13 clearly implies that noone will ever force an extend in this tournament, so everybody must play under the same rules.

Florida, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I've sent you a PM.
26 Nov 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): The silence is OFF and it will be for 3 days from now.
26 Nov 14 UTC Cant believe I survived!
26 Nov 14 UTC I just needed the game to end before today. Leaving for 5 days and no internet. Surprised Cali didn't go for the solo
26 Nov 14 UTC ...CALI?????????
26 Nov 14 UTC I was suprised to hold my overstretched lines...a miracle! praise the lord!
26 Nov 14 UTC Quebec, it was a fierce fight between us :) I feel we were in direct competition for one of the last round 2 tickets for a long time. (i did only a very fast calculation, might be wrong...)
29 Nov 14 UTC Yeah, I may have been able to pull off the solo here, but (a) I didn't think it was a sure thing if NY/FL/MX united against me, (b) it seemed like every turn someone was NMRing which made the taste of victory a little less sweet, and (c) I knew I was advancing and I was eager to get the next round started
29 Nov 14 UTC Probably should have waited at least until Quebec and Texas were eliminated, but I didn't want to drag it out with everyone waiting for the next round.
29 Nov 14 UTC Florida, you were so spread out and over-extended. I was amazed you pulled it off so well.
29 Nov 14 UTC Yes, that was a fun game
01 Dec 14 UTC Guaroz (Gamedirector): Silence is ON.
