I'm sure France will be more than happy to help reduce the draw to three in that circumstance. I have no intention of drawing at 6 or 5. Every intention of drawing at 4 unless one of the 4 is stubborn, then it becomes three. Germany knows this. France knows this. They crush England and you crush Turkey with me and I put in my draw vote.

08 Feb 15 UTC	Autumn, 1909: Turkey is ignorant of the truth. All my holdings are in the South as Germany can attest to. I only hold most of old Austria and all of Turkry's original holdings. I am at 12 SCs. I am offering two up to Italy right now. I have no plans to do anything but 4 way draw unless Italy forces my hand. I respect Germany's reversal of his initial stab and refuse to stab him for a solo.
