Autumn, 1895: GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I did not understand why the Netherlands wanted to make this gift to italy. We could also go to a 2vs1 final against Russia. We would have taken a lot more points!
