15 Sep 16 UTC Strider, I don't understand why you continued to attack me when it was clear that England was going to win if you kept on attacking me.
15 Sep 16 UTC Want getting that either. Sorry to all that I had no effective way to get to Eng forces
16 Sep 16 UTC Ah well, you can fight or run from a lion. I chose run

Essentially it could have gone the other way italy. if i was successful in my campaign a stab was always on the cards.
16 Sep 16 UTC Thanks for a good game. I'm sorry I didn't vote draw for like 15 phases, but I was still trying for a solo, which went well. Well I found out that England is in this variant really overpowered by two extra SCs of Ireland and Island. Thanks again.
16 Sep 16 UTC I agree it could have gone either way, but there was a turning point in the game when your continued attack set up England. I guess Austria had a role too, but maybe Austria felt indebted to England. Either way, water under the bridge now.

Good game England, I understood why you didn't draw I was just hoping the rest of us could stall you at around 16-17 stations to force it.

Thanks everyone for the game.
16 Sep 16 UTC I feel pretty lucky Austria didn't attack me before. This the problem of gunboats, but even in gun it's a mistake don't attack the leading country when it's near a solo. Thanks again, good game.
