15 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ishfahan]:Hello boys and/or girls...good luck. |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:Am i the only one who gets reminded of Japanese games and Anime where they make up random little militaristic states based off of Germany or Imperial Japan? Usually reminiscent of Yugoslavia or Korea in tone and geography. Those are neat. Anyone else though? |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:In reference to the map and location names. |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:Also reminiscent of them in history too. |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Rajasthan]:well you are right, more or less, but there are also references to South America (Colombia, Venezuela, Spain), to France and to North America |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:That's true. Still reminds me of them. |
16 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Rajasthan]:yep, me too |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Sakhalin]:Seems I've got references to Russia |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ishfahan]:I feel like I would have some Middle East of some sorts... |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:I am Southern China. |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Hamra]:I think I'm Babylon? |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ishfahan]:New Foundland is North America... obviously... |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Jylland]:Actually, I wish Biehl used made up or fictional names for the territories. This seems more like some screwy alternate universe or something. |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ishfahan]:Valparaiso is South America, Jylland=Germany, Orleans=France, New Foundland=NA, Ishfahan= Middle East, Ming-tao= Southern China, Sakhalin=Russia, Arafura, Hamra, Lugulu I am not quite sure on, Kyushu=Japan... |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ishfahan]:Hamra may be right about who he is... |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Ming-tao]:I think he is. Kyushu is Japan, Yoshida it can't be a korean name. |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Valparaiso]:Lugulu? |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Valparaiso]:Rajasthan is obviously the India/Pakistan area. |
17 Aug 11 UTC | Spring, 1889: [Jylland]:Arafura = Indonesia/Philippines, Hamra = Arabia/Middle East (I think Ishfahan is more specific to Iran/Turkmenistan), & Lugulu = East Africa |
