15 Apr 18 UTC	Spring, 1901: To the princes and rulers of Europe: Greetings I, Victor Emmanuel III, King of the glorious peoples of Venice, Rome, and Naples, write with regards to the perilous times that face our fair continent. It appears that the peasants of Tunisia no longer are able to govern themselves and require Italian oversight. I ordered my admirals to station a detachment in Tunis to quell civil unrest there. My advisors inform me that a similar situation exists in the Balkans, Iberia, Scandinavia, and the lowlands, and the political situations in these regions require our oversight. I am sure this is something that can be resolved peacefully between our seven great nations. 24 Apr 18 UTC	Spring, 1905: GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
