05 Jun 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: GameMaster: Someone has taken over Russia replacing "mrmola". Reconsider your alliances.
05 Jun 18 UTC Spring, 1907: GameMaster: Germany voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
10 Jul 18 UTC All right. I give up. I was too late to win this game and nobody of u is getting mad. Sorry that this game was so Long but i got the hope that some of you is attacking one of the others. But u all worked well together. GG!
10 Jul 18 UTC Good Game, May I ask why you left Russia in Smyrna?
10 Jul 18 UTC I consider myself to be the real winner of this game. surviving for years with no units, constantly threatened by Austrian presence, and then all of a sudden I'm in the draw.
10 Jul 18 UTC Its just a game and i thought Russia would be happy. And Russia helps me one time in 1906.
10 Jul 18 UTC Bad game on my part. I thought I would try something different and make a hard push at France from the start, but I should have held back a fleet to guard the Ionian. When Turkey slipped through there it was trouble for me, although he was poorly stretched out and in bad position to defend against Austria, so that did him in as well. I still might have been ok had Germany or England taken advantage of distracted France - he could have easily plowed through France once France was committed to the south. But instead no pressure on France other than me meant he was able to push me back while Turkey ruined me from inside.
I'm curious about the Turkish thinking there - while it was a quick gain for him there was no way he was going to hold those SCs for long (and he didn't), so not sure what the point of that attack was other than to take both him and me down.
10 Jul 18 UTC Gg all. I thought I had a good chance at a win with the upper hand in Scandinavia, France obviously in defense and a good attacking position against England. It looked great until Austria attacked at which point I realized I had to hold the line. I was tempted to take the bait and attack England but I would have liked to see an even bigger retreat from Austria to do so. In the end i am happy to be part of the draw. Well played.
