Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

if Germany had wanted to stop Italy, it would have had to face it where it had its forehead and not attacking England! If Germany had respected the British supply centers instead of occupying England it would have tried to stop those who were winning by all means. Germany does not give to others the faults that are only his own!

I only took Norway from you and that was before Italy was close to winning. And I did try to stop Italy from winning. But my fleets can only help if they are able to get to him. I can my fleets get there if you kept blocking them?
