| 06 Oct 11 UTC | Spring, 2101: (drano019): Diplomat, unfortunately we don't get to choose our nations...but yes, if you are the island nation (Oceania), you can build armies but you have to convoy them everywhere I believe. |

I have the list of teams on my Computer and on the Forum. teams are fairly even based on proximity to at least one teammate. so even Illinois can build fleets. You can build armies if you like on the islands, but unless there is a land bridge you'll need to convoy like normal. This map is great fun, yet i haven't played a true team game on it yet. I did however play a game in which all but one North American Players decided to unify, which provided an interesting result. |
