08 Mar 19 UTC | Spring, 1461: This is going to be fun. |
12 Mar 19 UTC | Good game! Venice, my hats off to you! I was outplayed, but I loved the whole journey of it. Hope to play with all of you again! |
13 Mar 19 UTC | Good game! @Maineroadfan, still think my stab didn't make sense? @Synarus, you played pretty well yourself. I think that the tipping point was that you didn't (or were not successful) at getting Spain to do what you needed. I was only able to get into Mid-Atlantic because I convinced him he needed to help me to stop your solo. @JMB22, I told you I'd make sure you would survive in Paris didn't I? |
13 Mar 19 UTC | I loved the drama between you me and Germany, felt like a movie how tense the game play was. I also loved how we both stabbed each other on the same turn in Autumn 1461. I did not try to work Spain at all, pure misplay on that front. |
13 Mar 19 UTC | Yeah, the three-way dynamic in the mid game was very interesting. I think you mean 1459? Cause yes, and my stabs slightly more effective nature is part of what sealed the deal, although I was still scared you were going to solo at that point. |
13 Mar 19 UTC | Well played Venice! In hindsight I shouldn't have supported you into Mid Atlantic, but at the time Russia was ahead in the SC count and I didn't expect quite such a good turn for you in the East! I was hoping you'd stalemate each other there and Lisbon would just get you to 17! Good game. |
