24 May 19 UTC	Spring, 1905: A public announcement (Specifically to both Russia and Japan): I have been dealing with both of you in the dms and I have made the error of judgment that is committing to both of your causes. That is why I am announcing this publicly to tell you both the truth. To Japan, I very much want to cull Russian expansion as I fear that I am their next target. However in reviewing past moves, you struck first and I wouldn't rather not strike someone who has showed me moderate kindness al game. To Russia, I very much want to continue our good relations, and I would be more than happy to fight Turkey with you, but due to your heavy expansion and very little of the SCs heading in my direction, I will help no further. What I am trying to say, is that you've both been pretty good allies and I'd rather not attack either one of you. So I won't. I'm going to be fighting off Holland if you need me. I understand this is a horrible tactical move, but let's be honest - I was never going to win this game anyway.
