21 Oct 19 UTC	Spring, 1901: Hi guys, as you may be able to tell from the title of this game, I'd really like to get a build so that I can test out if it's actually possible to build a fleet in Munich on this map. So if you don't mind, I'd really like if someone let me pick up a build this phase. There's (almost) enough neutrals to go around.
