Is anyone else as confused by Portugal’s starting position as I am? It says he only has 2 SCs, but PRT, LIS, and MDR are all his color. Is one of them just an oddly colored neutral? Or is this some weird rule? |

I get an error saying I can't move into a territory that I'm not trying to move into. Issue is solved by using the normal order input system, but I figure someone might want to look into this. |
