30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: Hello All
30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: Argentina, I see that we share a large border. Seeing as we both have better things to do with our units during these first critical turns, I trust Pampas, Gran Chaco, and Patagonia will remain demilitarized
30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: Brazil, I believe we may have some contention over La Paz, what do you think is the best way to sort that out?
30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @ Chile I will agree to DMZ along my west 3 and your east 3
30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @Chile How about you get take Lima and Arequipa and I get La Paz. I promise not to mess with your move Ant-Arequipa in the fall
30 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: This is a pretty cool map. All of the countries seem pretty balanced
31 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: G'day all
31 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @Brazil. How do you wish to split the North? Considering you have an additional center, I believe Mrc and Caracas should be green and Guyana be blue. We can DMZ Amazon Basin and Roraima.

@Brazil (TheoreticalZebra). Your proposal sounds fair to me; can we agree to keep La Paz empty during the spring? There are a lot of very 'stabby' lines on both sides if one of us tries to move in this spring and I would like to avoid the possibility of betrayal as best we can.

I am sure you are interested in maintaining the security of your own borders. What do you think about allowing @Argentina (Shootersb33) to capture Paraguay in the spring to support you in? I think Argentina is in the best position to ensure that each of us stays honest.

@Argentina. I really appreciate you agreeing to demilitarize our border and I hope that we continue to find common ground. I made a proposal to @Brazil above regarding the equitable division of SC's during the first year. Seeing as you were mentioned directly, please let us know where you stand on the issue.

31 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @Everyone. First, really sorry for the wall of text, I get a little carried away sometimes. Even worse that I posted it twice.

Second, if I'm gonna get carried away, figured I should start ending my messages with some crazy formal title. Thoughts?
31 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: Hello group I am open to ideas especially in a game where I'm just learning the map taking this game as a casual learn and play. I am open to ideas @Brazil that @Chile is speaking of what are your thoughts on the first years.
31 Mar 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @Chile. How do you wish to split Peru? I hope to do so in a peaceful manner, after all we share the interest in "occupying" the Peruvians
01 Apr 20 UTC Spring, 2000: @Argentina. Hopefully we will be able to work in the near future
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Colombia I would personally feel safest if we agreed to a bounce in caracas where you enter with two armies and I retreat back to guyana.
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Chile I will leave La Paz empty after this winter
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Argentina I'll let you have Uruguay and I won't move past Paraguay
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Brazil. What do you mean retreat to Guyana? I think you are already in there.
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Brazil. Apologies for this, but I need to get Caracas, however, I will leave it next year. Hope you understand
02 Apr 20 UTC Autumn, 2000: @Colombia.

I think the suggestion Brazil made where I capture Lima and Arequipa seems the most fair, I am happy to renegotiate with you after this year
