05 Aug 20 UTC	Spring, 2000: Ok so I would just like two centres this phase - Uruguay and Paraguay. Brazil can get Guyana and maybe Caracas, depending on conversations with Columbia. Chile gets Pot and Islas, Peru gets La Paz and Ecuador. Columbia gets Caracas (depending on Brazil negotiations) and Costa Rica. Sounds good? We can start shredding one another after this first year 'grace period'.
