04 Mar 21 UTC | GG everyone! I got so excited when I finally reclaimed Brest & Paris from Germany (TWICE!!), got cocky and paid the price... Germany, if we could have reconciled just 1 turn sooner we could have prevented this... but then of course this game probably would have dragged on another month. Well fought, though. Italy, I would die for you. I've never had such a loyal and helpful ally in a Classic gunboat game. You recognized the Russian threat and helped me defend even as Turkey threw the game to attack you. |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Thanks I really appreciate that. We had to try to stop Russia and with Turkish help we would have had a good chance. But it was difficult. Germany for example was a hostage of Russia. Congrats to Claramer by the way. Well played. Funny game guys |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Well played Russia! |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Yes very well played by Russia! Forgot to mention that in my message. |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Good game all! I looked at it more as "did what I could to survive" rather than "throw the game" but you say tomato, I say potato. |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Well played Russia, and well played France too. I tried to make myself a contender at your expense, but never could break through. I left it too late to make peace and try and stop Russia, but I think Russia won this game in the south, not the north. |
04 Mar 21 UTC | Felt like we had Russia under control in the south, until a certain point of course |
05 Mar 21 UTC | Thanks everyone for such a interesting game. |
