Autumn, 1905: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

I think the map needs to be redesigned. Look at the stats.. Russia always ends up fighting on both sides so the creator overcompensated. Perhaps remove the right to build in Holland and Trieste.
