12 Aug 21 UTC	Spring, 1901: Hello everyone ! I'm new to vDiplomacy, although I used to play on Conspiracy for a long time. As the map is a bit different, is Ceylan island a part of Madras ? In this case, can we go from East Indian Ocean to Madras in one turn ? Thank you and good luck !

I don't know by personal experience that specific circumstance, but anything on this map that isn't labeled doesn't count as a space or part of a space. I highly doubt that it counts as part of Madras. I wish you the best of luck as well!
