GameMaster: PRC voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Lol yeah I was confused too. I'm pretty sure the PRC was winning, and yet they voted concede. I was practically dead so I just decided to end it early.
