Spring, 1901: (the_flying_cow): Hey everyone. I see they have added a "reliability rating" since I last played a game, and mine appears to be very low. I would just like reassure you all that I am actually more reliable than that. My low rating probably comes from the fact that this fall I was away from home and my computer broke, literally leaving me no way to check my games with any regularity.

Autumn, 1902: GameMaster: France voted for a Cancel. If everyone votes Cancel all points will be refunded and the game will be deleted from the database.

Spring, 1903: GameMaster: Italy voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
