I have turned out as Spain and have sent some initial messages to players. You can PM me when you want to start to talk about it :]

21 Oct 12 UTC	GameMaster: Green voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
