GameMaster: England voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

I don't like this variant to 18. It is too much of a race. I would play another variant to 18 against you, but I am in a 1v1 tournament right now, and another round of 5 games just started.
