that was not the intention but the game is over now anyways. so i am just going to concede and we get not feel the need to play anymore after this. I will contact back when I have more time (and when i'm not in so many games), then we can continue.

GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
