23 Feb 13 UTC	Spring, 1903: As Russia missed his turn this game is moot. Vote draw or cancel and I will set up a new game. I'll make it open invite though, so prompt acceptance would be best.
24 Feb 13 UTC	Autumn, 1903: I've invested too much time into this game to throw it away. First, call Russia, since you know who we all are. Second, no one has taken Russian territory yet, that may change soon though. Third, game on! This stuff happens all the time.
24 Feb 13 UTC	Autumn, 1903: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
25 Feb 13 UTC	Autumn, 1903: Well, I guess I would be fine with a draw/cancel since Russia has proven to be unsportsmanlike. I was hoping he just missed a move and would be back, seems he came back to concede.
