Spring, 1901: (Imagonnalose): ok the idea here is to get more fighting in rather than this just being a race. Victory is obtained by holding all the SCs of 4 of the neutral starting countries. In this case, we would be trying to get all the SCs of 4 of France, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Russia. Neutral SCs can count towards your SC count, but they will not count towards a win. Once one player holds four of the neutral countries completely, the other player concedes the game. Make sense?

GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
