12 Mar 13 UTC	Autumn, 1939: Public press announcement: The government of France would like to make clear, that despite the recent misunderstanding around the Belgium-Netherlands border in which 100 sailors were unfortunately killed, France remains committed to our non-aggression pact with Britain. We hope that both sides will work together to avoid such misfiring in the future. All those people responsible for the 1939 Belg-Neth Incident have been disciplined accordingly.
