In these 1 v1 scenarios, its usually a race to the 3 stalemate areas - St. Pete, Tunis, and Mun-Ber. You, ideally, want to set up in Mun-Ber and Tunis first as England since St. Pete can be taken later on without fear of being stalemated. Your first moves would be better spent trying to rush Tunis and Mun-Ber.
Typically, England can hit Mun Ber and Tunis faster than Turkey can. This will give you an edge as from then on, you should be pushing armies into the Balkans to delay Turkey while your reinforcements cover the remaining centers and rush to 18.
