It's kinda shady of France to offer me an alliance and stab in the same year, although I can't really criticize too hard since he took 6 of my SCs at once. He shouldn't be afraid to talk to me in the chat though. It's not like I'm going to beat him up or anything.
29 May 13 UTC	Spring, 1948: I thought you had offered to cease hostilities if I would betray Germany. I said yes, since it was the only way to get you to stop attacking me. I did not betray Germany, who, unlike Britain, has been loyal to our alliance the entire game. I'm still a little surprised that I was able to take so much from you, but had you finished me off instead of dove-ing out, I stood no chance.
