GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Hi, thanks for the nice words. I was able to exploit your mistakes.. in particular, I believe you'd won if you focused on keeping me out of Italy, rather than sending units to grab SCs in your backyard. Apart from that, good game
