Autumn, 1904: haha, i see it otherwise. You dont even have to have control of germany or italy, but as long as you stop france from expanding via the mainland, he will have to detour his units around wasting time and turns while austria has free units to take everything. Not to mention austrias sc's are smack dab in the middle of this map haha.
