GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Italy is in a tough spot to start but you want that fleet to stop me in Brest. if it goes well, Itally should be able to get a second fleet into Wes Med first to take the Atlantic.
