16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): LOL I love that movie
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): I am going to start drinking but won't use that as an excuse when you win
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (shadowplay): ah, i doubt i'll be much of a contest to be honest. too much other stuff going on in my life at the moment so I'm far from the brightest.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): I think we should have half-time in an hour, no?
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (shadowplay): yeah, what ever works for you to be honest. i'm on a pretty lazy monday schedule here so all's good.

fuck. there are some wonderful variants on this site.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): Yeah. To be honest this is probably the better of the two sites, but I had a rough lesson on that when I was in my 20's.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): When I was a kid, I used to hang out at this gothic night club, right?
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): In the small town that I was living in.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): Anyways, so one syphilis-infected DJ or other gets into a melodramatic argument with another infected DJ about cocaine or something, and the next thing you know one of the DJ's resigns, threatening to open up a rival goth night on the other side of town
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: (Keyser Soze): For the first couple of weeks it was great - I had the chance to hit on slutty women two nights a week, instead of just one. Imagine my enthusiasm!
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Unfortunately, with the crowd split along mostly political lines, neither side had enough people to support a club night and so both sides folded within a couple of months.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Sometimes diversity can be deadly
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1901: Anyways, good luck to you. May the best man win
16 Dec 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: Well, I haven't had to retreat so far. That's a good sign!
16 Dec 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: Which side did Putin33 end up supporting? The Cure or Joy Division?
16 Dec 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: Are you one of those guys who has a really easy job?
16 Dec 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: LOL@Putin33
16 Dec 13 UTC Autumn, 1901: um.

I guess. The thing is I'm going through a transition at the moment. Involves moving to another country, total change in career, etc.

For some reason I worked to get to a place where life was really easy and as soon as I almost got there I changed everything.
16 Dec 13 UTC Spring, 1902: I understand. I successfully achieved a 'work-from-home' situation for about a year and was miserable. It turns out I actually missed all of the distractions that I'd previously complained about at the office.
