16 Jan 14 UTC	Spring, 1902: Russia brings a good point. This tournament is more like a game of musical chairs depending on where you are situated on a map, rather than how well you work your diplomacy. I do not think we'll be doing this type of tournament again.
16 Jan 14 UTC	Spring, 1902: I agree that is definitely part of how the game can develop, though I do think that diplomacy plays a significant role in how others make their decision about how to act and who to target.
