GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Look I was born in michigan, these people close the whole fucking state of Georgia for temperatures below freezing. I don't want to hear it. I lost half a week of work because of a little snow....
