I really think the Confederacy should usually win these games. I concede. There's nothing I can do, and you will get 2 builds this year. I don't think I can beat you when you play Confederacy. Can you beat me when you play Union?

GameMaster: Union voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

you are right. confed has the early advantage in this game. When confed is played well, it is very hard for union to win.
