GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

sorry this was my first game of diplomacy and I really just need to get a hang of the rules and what not. I'm sure you would have won but I think I got some experience.
