Spring, 1906: Mark, just a heads up that to convoy - not only do you have to say Smyrna move to Tunis via convoy. But you then also have to give orders to your units in Aegean Sea/Eastern Med and Ionian Sea to convoy a unit from Smyrna to Tunis. Make sense?

GameMaster: England voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
