03 Jul 14 UTC	Autumn, 1938: Hey, Jon, question on how the game works: to control a supply center, do I need to stay in the territory for a turn, or can I move through? So, for example, you just moved into Barcelona. Do you only get that supply center if you order your unit to hold, or can you get it while also moving on to Valencia to capture a second supply center?

07 Jul 14 UTC	Autumn, 1939: The Russian people, ever noble and just, wish to announce the following to the global public: after due and wise consideration and in light of a grave host of misdeeds, do hereby declare WAR against a foul and miserable race, the Germans, for their numerous transgressions and sins. We hold forth to the international community the following grave acts: 1) Transgression into native Russian seas. 2) Refusal to retreat after transgression into said seas. 3) Threatened transgression into territories proudly claimed by the Russian people. 4) A hostile demeanor. 5) Arrogance. On account of such compelling injustices, we enter into a holy, righteous, and true war, knowing that all good people on earth will join us in this valiant fight. They shall perish under our boots.
07 Jul 14 UTC	Autumn, 1939: They have taken from us Stockholm!!! We believed in our hearts that our cause was just, but now there is proof for all the world to see!
07 Jul 14 UTC	Autumn, 1939: The German people recognize 3 other nations: the seafaring British, the proud French, and the non-present Italians. That is it. There is a barbarian to the east who threatens the world with terrorism, and bases actions that threaten international peace on nonsense and its own twisted sense of right and wrong. The German peopl will defend their lands from this aggressor, but would like to remind the world: 1) these barbarians control more land, supply centers, and armies than any other country 2) Germany will not cloud diplomatic channels with cirus fanfare and simply remind the world of the reality that these barbarians are closer to victory than any of us 3) Their declaration of war was sent AFTER the move to take German territory, proving the nature of the barbarian to be underhanded, like a weasel, and untrustworthy, a contrast to their claim. Furthermore, Germany would like to remind the world that there was an agreement to take Stockholm, which was even offered by the barbarians. This is a message to all free people. The Germans are on your side. Be wary of the proven wrongs of the red barbarians. Believe in freedom, and it will happen.
07 Jul 14 UTC	Autumn, 1939: The international records tell no lies. Our declaration war sent BEFORE the move to take German territory, and after the Germans had made the above declared transgressions. War was declared at 10:44pm. The invasion took place at 10:45pm. It's quite clear, really.
