GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Besides, it was a foregone conclusion just that quickly, which is why I took the chance. The variant doesn't play as fair as others, because I can't get two builds without giving you Tyrolia.
